here is nothing greener, than cycling. Not only does it help the environment by releasing no pollution, it provides much needed exercise for the body, especially for a person like me who sits at home most of the time.

Most of us want to go out to buy a cycle and getting back to a market we have long forgotten, how do you make the right choices? What cycle should I buy? Do I need gears? Well all these questions popped up in my head.
